The clutch pedal



1 - a bolt, 8-10 N ??? m;
2 - Switch the ignition lock;
3 - a returnable spring;
4 - an arm of the clutch pedal;
5 - nut 19-28 N ??? m;
6 - the plug;
7 - the clutch pedal;
8 - pad clutch pedal.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cotter pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
2. Remove the bolt from the clutch pedal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the pedal arm and the sleeve for wear.
2. Check the clutch pedal in the absence of bending and deformation.
3. Check the return spring for damage and loss of elasticity.
4. Check the clutch pedal pad for damage and wear.
5. Check for continuity between the terminals switch the ignition lock.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the items in reverse order of removal.
2. Before installation, lubricate the sleeve, pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
3. Place the plunger on the clutch pedal.
4. Adjust the length of the pusher.
