Rear axle / rear wheel hub



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the nuts of the rear wheel.
  2. Lift the car and fix on support.
  3. Unscrew the nuts and remove the rear wheel.
  4. Hammer and chisel to remove the hub cap.
  5. Peel back the collar, loosen the nut of the rear wheel hub and remove tab washer.
  6. Remove the gauge ABS.

When removing the ABS sensor, be careful not to hit the tip of the probe on the teeth of the rotor, or other elements.
  1. Remove the caliper and secure it with wire rack to the rear suspension.
  1. Remove the brake disc and the hub of the rear wheel.
  1. Remove the screw and remove the brake disc from the hub of the rear wheel.
  • Needlessly do not remove the bearing from the hub of the rear wheel.
  • Be careful not to damage or scratch the teeth of the rotor. Eliminate the fall of the rotor. If the teeth of the rotor will be damaged by this operation violates the anti-lock braking system.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check O-ring for wear and damage.
  2. Check rear wheel bearing for wear and damage.
  3. Check the rotor speed sensor on the rear wheel no chipping of teeth.
  4. Check the support hub for cracks.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer in a nut fillet into a nave groove.
When installing, use a new nut with a fillet.
  1. Place the sensor ABS. Insert the probe into the gap between the sensor and the teeth of the rotor and tighten the sensor into a position that provides the required clearance. The gap sensor ABS: 0,2-1,3 mm.
  1. Install the hub cap.
