Check, disassembly and assembly of the output shaft

Output shaft
Fig. 3.36. Output shaft: 1 - spacer; 2 - a lock ring; 3 - intermediate gear fifth gear; 4 - the fourth intermediate gear transmission; 5 - an intermediate gear third gear; 6 - the second intermediate gear transmission; 7 - the needle bearing; 8 - Spacing sleeve; 9 - the inner ring of the synchronizer; 10 - an external ring of the synchronizer; 11 - ring of the synchronizer; 12 - the spring of the synchronizer; 13 - an intermediate gear; 14 - clutch synchronizer; 15 - the spring of the synchronizer; 16 - ring of the synchronizer; 17 - an external ring of the synchronizer; 18 - an internal ring of the synchronizer; 19 - an intermediate gear of the first transmission; 20 - the needle bearing; 21 - outer ring of the bearing; 22 - tapered roller bearing; 23 - the output shaft

Check

The measurement of the gap between the output shaft and the bearing
Fig. 3.37. The measurement of the gap between the output shaft and the bearing

Measure the clearance between the output shaft and the bearing (fig. 3.37).
If the gap is greater than the maximum, check the contact surfaces of the idler third gear, an intermediate gear of the first transmission output shaft and the synchronizer sleeve (1 transmission - transmission 2) assembly. Replace damaged parts.

The measurement of the gap between the intermediate gear and the second transmission gear of the third intermediate transfer
Fig. 3.38. The measurement of the gap between the intermediate gear and the second transmission gear of the third intermediate transfer

Measure a backlash between the intermediate gear and the second transmission gear of the third intermediate gear (Fig. 3.38).
If the gap is greater than the maximum, check the contact surfaces of the idler second gear, idler third gear and synchronizer sleeve (1 transmission - transmission 2) assembly. Replace damaged parts.

Dismantling

Removing transmission components 5
Fig. 3.39. Removing transmission components 5

Remove the bearing and the intermediate fifth gear using the SST (Fig. 3.39).

Removing the clutch synchronizer
Fig. 3.40. Removing the clutch synchronizer

Remove the synchronizer sleeve (1 transmission - transmission 2) assembly, synchronizer ring and the first transmission intermediate gear of the first transmission from the press (Fig. 3.40).

Assembly

Assembling the components 1 and 2 programs
Fig. 3.41. Assembling the components 1 and 2 programs

Collect intermediate the first gear, first gear synchronizer ring and a synchronizer clutch (transfer 1 - 2 transfer) assembly, as shown (Fig. 3.41).

Pressing the clutch synchronizer
Fig. 3.42. Pressing the clutch synchronizer

Fitting the synchronizer sleeve (1 transmission - transmission 2) in the assembly (Fig. 3.42).
Measure the gap between the first intermediate gear transmission and differential gear drive.
Measure a backlash between the intermediate gear and the second transmission gear of the third intermediate gear.
