Removal and installation of a mechanical transmission
Withdrawal Disconnect the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Remove the air filter duct. Remove the air cleaner assembly and the air intake duct of the engine. Disconnect the connector reversing light switch. Disconnect the pipe and the clutch catches.
Disconnect the speedometer cable.
Remove the shift cable and select cable transmission (Fig. 3.6). Remove the starter mounting bolts and remove the upper connecting bolts gearbox. Fix the engine on a special device (traverse 09200-38001) for mounting brackets. Remove the support arm transmission and gearbox support. Lift up the vehicle. Remove the front wheels. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the gearbox. Disconnect the tie rods, ball joints of the lower arms and drive shafts. Remove the bolt and disconnect the universal joint shaft steering system, then remove the bolts steering return line. Remove the front muffler. Remove the bolts of the subframe and the subframe. Remove the front and rear mounting kronsheyny transmission.

NOTE By keeping the gearbox assembly, ensure that the support paddock hydraulic jack acts on a large area of the transaxle housing and the force of the jack is not applied to one local point of the transaxle housing. |
ATTENTION Supports the engine and transmission to be installed in the order listed below. Bracket side engine mount. A support arm of a transmission. Bracket rear engine mount. Front engine mount bracket. Be careful when installing the bracket front pores of the engine not to damage or deform the support. If the support is broken, it may be a strong vibration of the power unit with the engine idling. |
