Replacement back radical epiploon
| - Remove the pan (Section Removal and installation of the oil pan).
- Remove the oil pump (Section Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump).
- Give bolts and remove the cover from the rear main bearing engine.
 | - Give two bolts (arrows) and remove the rear main bearing.

- Remove the bottom half of the gland or holder bearing cap.
- Loosen the bolts of covers of the second and third main bearing.
- With the help of a small brass hammer to gently tuck one end of the upper half of the gland into its groove in the block so that the second end of the left block so that there was an opportunity to grasp it with pliers. Sand mating surfaces of the block and the bearing cap, remove all traces of sealant and grease them.
- Lightly sponge on both halves of the new oil seal (made of neoprene), clean motor oil.
 | Before installing the oil seal is required to completely wipe the surface of the journal of the crankshaft, then lightly grease it with oil. |
- Fill half of the new oil seal into the groove in the block, sponge down the engine (the side of the gland, turned back on the engine usually marked yellow or white paint).
| Tucking the oil seal into the groove, pressed tightly against the outer surface of his thumb - this will prevent the cutting of the outer envelope surface of the gland sharp-edged grooves in the block. If the packing is cut, this will result in oil leakage. |
- Insert the second half of the gland in the main bearing cap (again note the marked side of the ink gland, which should be facing backwards on the engine.
- Apply stain sealant Locktite 515 (or equivalent) with a diameter of about 5 mm on an interfaced surface of the main bearing caps on both sides of these points on an accompanying illustration.
 | - Put in these terms the mating surface of the main bearing cap spots Locktite 515 sealant or equivalent, and at the junction block cover after installing the latest promazhte sealant RTV.

- Install the rear main bearing cap, cleaning, brushing and tightened with demanded effort bolts of its fastening. Bolts main bearing caps others also tighten with demanded effort. Joint covers with power promazhte sealant RTV (see. Illustration above).
- Set into place the oil pump and oil pan.
- Further installation is made in the reverse order of removal. Fill the pan with oil, start the engine and check for leaks.
