Fuel tubes and tubes of system EVAP



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and remove the two flare nuts hoses to the fuel filter.


Before releasing remove the fuel pressure in the fuel system, since, otherwise, the fuel under pressure will rapidly flow out of the fuel system.

To eliminate the spray of fuel close the connection point of the fuel system and a clean cloth, being careful, gently disconnect the piping.

2. Remove the mounting bolts of the fuel filter, and then remove the fuel filter from the bracket.
3. Remove the tube and fuel return hose.
4. Remove the tube and hose EVAP.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the hoses and pipes for cracks, bend, deformation, aging and fouling.
2. Check the canister on the absence of obstructions.
3. Check the fuel filter for blockage or damage.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the hose EVAP and a hose of return of fuel.

  • If the tube has a shoulder, slide it to the hose collar as shown.
  • If the handset is no shoulder, slide the hose on it to secure its fastening.

2. Install the fuel filter bracket and secure the fuel filter.

3. Tighten the two union nuts securing the hose to the fuel filter.

Torque: 30-40 N ??? m

4. Install the clamps and make sure they do not come into contact with other nodes.
