The pedal and the accelerator cable



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the tip of the inside of the rope from the lever of the accelerator pedal.

2. Remove the bolts accelerator cable to the bulkhead.

3. Pull the left side of the accelerator pedal, and remove the control of the accelerator lever.

4. Turn out bolts and remove an arm of the accelerator pedal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the accelerator cable and cable housing damage.
2. Check for smooth movement of the accelerator cable in the shell.
3. Check the accelerator pedal in the absence of bending.
4. Check the condition of the return spring.
5. Check the condition of the tip of the accelerator cable.
6. Check the operation of the accelerator cable.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease the pivot point of the accelerator pedal.

2. To prevent vapor and exhaust gases in the interior of the vehicle, apply sealant to the threaded bolts of the accelerator pedal arm.

Torque: 8-12 N ??? m

3. Insert the tip of a cable of an accelerator in the grip end of the lever of the accelerator pedal.

4. Apply multipurpose grease around the tip of the accelerator cable.
