Purification of the throttle device

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the air intake hose from throttle assembly and check the surface of the throttle in the absence of soot. To remove carbon deposits, use an aerosol solvent.

1. Start the engine, warm up to operating temperature and switch it off.
2. Disconnect the air intake hose from the throttle assembly.

3. Close the stopper channel for supplying air to bypass the throttle.

Make sure that the solvent does not pass through the air supplying passage bypassing the throttle valve.

4. Spray the cleaning spray solvent through the inlet throttle knot and wait 5 minutes before it is absorbed.
5. Start the engine several times and increase the engine speed, and then leave the engine idling.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Remove the cap covering the channel for supplying air to bypass the throttle.
8. Replace the air inlet hose.

9. Disconnect "weight" from the battery for more than 10 seconds.

10. Adjust the engine speed to idle.
