Radiator



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
3. Remove the intake of fresh air.
4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the upper radiator hose.
5. Disconnect from the engine cooling fan.
6. Disconnect the condenser from the engine.
7. Disconnect the hose from the coolant reservoir.
8. Remove the radiator brackets.
9. Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipe cooling automatic transmission.
10. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the lower radiator hose.
11. Lift up and remove the heat sink from the engine compartment.
12. Remove the radiator fan assembly from the radiator and the condenser.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the radiator for cracks, damage and leaks.
2. Check for bent radiator fins. If necessary, using a comb, straighten platinum.
3. Check the condition of the inlet and outlet of the radiator.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the radiator fan assembly and the condenser.
2. Install the heat sink assembly to the engine compartment.
3. Connect the lower radiator hose and fix its collar.
4. Connect the inlet and outlet pipe cooling automatic transmission.
5. Install the radiator brackets.
6. Connect the hose to the coolant reservoir.
7. Connect to the motor condenser.
8. Connect the radiator to the engine fan.
9. Connect the upper radiator hose and fix its collar.
10. Install the intake of fresh air.
11. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
12. Fill in the required amount of cooling required coolant.
13. Start up the engine and check for leaks from the cooling system.
