Water pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
3. Remove the toothed timing belt.
4. Remove the mechanism of a tension roller and a guide roller of a gear belt.
5. Remove the screws and remove water pump.

Check


A warning

Water pump is not repairable, and if it fails, replace the assembly.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the water pump for cracks and damage.
2. Turn the shaft of the water pump and check for smooth rotation in the absence of noise.
3. If necessary, replace the water pump.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove any remnants of gaskets and foreign material sealing surface of the water pump.
2. Replace the water pump new gasket. Avoid laying the fall, as the sealant applied on the gasket may be damaged. Place the gasket sealant to the side of the sealing surface.
3. Install water pump and fix bolts.

Torque: 19-26 N ??? m

4. Set the roller tensioner, guide roller and timing belt.
5. Fill in the required amount of cooling required coolant.
6. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
7. Start up the engine and check for leaks from the cooling system.
