 | 1. For vehicles with power steering, remove the drive belt as follows:
- Loosen the bolt A;
- Loosen the nut C;
- Loosen the nuts B;
- Loosen the bolt D;
- Remove the drive belt. |
 | 2. For vehicles without power steering, remove the drive belt as follows:
- Loosen the nut A;
- Loosen the bolt B;
- Remove the drive belt. |
 | 3. On cars with the steering amplifier adjust the belt tension as follows:
- Loosen the screw A and nut B and C;
- Turning the adjusting bolt, achieve the required belt tension. Check the belt tension, having pressed on it effort 98 N (10 kg) in a place located on identical removal from pulleys and measure a belt deflection;
- Tighten the nuts A and B, and C. |
The deflection of the air conditioning compressor drive belt:
New: 8 - 9 mm
Second hand: 9 - 10 mm
Torque:
Bolt A: 37-53 N ??? m
Nut B: 19-25 N ??? m
Nut With: 32-46 N ??? m |
| | 4. For vehicles without power steering, adjust the belt tension as follows:
- Loosen the nut A;
- Turning the adjusting bolt in, achieve the required belt tension. Check the belt tension, having pressed on it effort 98 N (10 kg) in a place located on identical removal from pulleys and measure a belt deflection;
- Tighten the nuts A. |
The deflection of the air conditioning compressor drive belt:
New: 8-9 mm
Former use: 9-10 mm
A nut tightening torque: 31-34 N ??? m |
