Drive shaft



Drive shaft

1 - wheel;
2 - a nut with a fillet;
3 - anti-roll bar;

Withdrawal


A warning

Before removing the drive shaft, drain the oil from the gearbox.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove the four wheel nuts.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Peel back the fillet and turn away a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and remove the two screws on the brake disc.
5. Remove the earring stabilizer bar from the lower control arm front suspension.

A warning

Do not damage the dust cover.


6. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the nut trunnion ball joint tie rod to the steering knuckle. Stripper OK130 283 021 squeeze out a pin of the ball joint from the knuckle.

A warning

Do not damage the protective cover SHRUS and oil sealing ring in the separation of the drive shaft of the transmission.


7. Remove the coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin of the hinge from a rotary fist.
8. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount, remove the drive shaft of the transmission.
9. Remove the drive shaft from the front wheel hub.

A warning

If the drive shaft is firmly seated in the hub of the front wheel, spray impregnation spray solvent on the area of the splines and then re-screw the nut with flange so that it is flush with the end of the shaft. Striking on a nut a brass hammer, beat out a power shaft from a nave.


10 hammer blows through the brass bars, separate joint of the intermediate shaft of the right drive shaft.

11. Remove the three screws CV joints and drive shaft, pulling, remove the drive shaft.

A warning

Do not damage the protective cover SHRUS and oil sealing ring during installation of the drive shaft in the gearbox.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a new lock ring on the internal end of the drive shaft. A push, insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.
2. Install the clip so that the section of the clip was placed on top.
3. After installation, measure the outside diameter of the clamp and replace it if the outer diameter is greater than the desired value.

Outer diameter: 30 mm

4. Install shaft CV joints and fix bolts in the sequence shown in the figure.

Torque: 42-62 N ??? m

5. A push, insert the drive shaft on the shaft CV joints.
6. After installation, pull out the drive shaft and make sure that it is securely round clip.
7. Coat the lip of the oil seal ring differential and drive, insert the drive shaft in the gearbox.

A warning

Do not damage the protective cover SHRUS and oil sealing ring during installation of the drive shaft in the gearbox.


8. Establish pins of spherical hinges of tips of steering drafts in rotary fists. Screw the nut and the new cotter pins, fix them from loosening.

Torque: 29-44 N ??? m

9. Freely screw nuts earring of the stabilizer. Finally, tighten the nuts on the car standing on wheels.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

10. Screw a new nut with flange mounting of the drive shaft and the hammer in a nut fillet into the groove of the drive shaft.

Torque: 210-279 N ??? m

11. Install the wheel and tighten the wheel nuts.

Torque: 88-118 N ??? m

12. Lower the car.
