Repair knuckle

Rounded fist

1 - an oil sealing ring to (replace);
2 - the hub of the front wheel;
3 - a lock ring to (replace);
4 - wheel bearing;

5 - a brake board;
6 - knuckle;
7 - a directing bolt wheels

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the oil sealing ring of the front hub.
	2. arbor press with the corresponding diameter squeeze out the hub of the steering knuckle.
3. Remove the retaining ring.
A warning If the inner bearing ring remains on the wheel hub, this section of the chisel inner ring to the wall thickness of 0.5 mm. Then, hammer and chisel beat out the remnants of the inner section of the ring.
	4. press with a mandrel corresponding diameter squeeze the wheel bearing from the steering knuckle.
A warning Needlessly do not remove a brake board. If the brake shield is removed, do not use it again.
	5. Note the relative position of the brake shield and the knuckle for proper re-installation of a brake board.
	6. hammer and chisel bring down the brake shield from the steering knuckle.
A warning Needlessly do not remove the guide bolts of the wheel. If the guide wheel bolts were removed, do not use them again.

7. A press with a mandrel corresponding diameter squeeze out from the hub rail wheel bolts.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. A press with a mandrel of appropriate diameter hub in the press in the new guide wheel bolts.
	2. Apply for a new brake board label at the same place as on the removed brake board.
3. Align the new brake board with a label on the knuckle.
	4. press with the appropriate diameter mandrel press in the brake shield to the steering knuckle.
	5. A press with a mandrel diameter corresponding to the new press in the wheel bearing.
	6. A press with a mandrel of appropriate diameter zapressuyte hub.
A warning Use a new oil sealing ring. Install a new oil sealing ring so that it is flush with the end of the knuckle.
	7. A hammer and a special mandrel OK993 331 016, install a new oil sealing ring.
