Rear axle



Rear axle

1 - wheel;
2 - dust cap;
3 - a counternut to (replace);
4 - a brake drum (or disc);
5 - a nave with the bearing;
6 - Rear brake;
7 - axis;
8 - the parking brake cable

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove the four wheel nuts.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Remove the dust cap, unbend a fillet and remove the lock nut and the two mounting bolts of the brake drum.
5. Remove the brake drum (or disc) from the rear brake.
6. Remove the hub bearing.

A warning

After disconnecting the brake pipe, close it with a suitable plug to prevent leakage of brake fluid.


7. Special key OK130 430 019 turn away a connecting nut of a brake tube.
8. Remove the two screws and remove the rear brake.
9. Remove the two lateral traction and trailing arm from the support of a back nave.

10. Loosen and then remove the two screws on the rear strut to the support hub.

11. Remove the bearing hub of the rear strut.
12. Check the condition of all details and, if necessary, repair or replace the damaged parts.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a support hub in the rear strut and fix two bolts and nuts.

Torque: 93-116 N ??? m

2. Install two transverse traction on the support of a nave and fix a bolt and nut.

Torque: 93-116 N ??? m

3. Install the trailing arm on the support of a nave and fix a bolt.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

4. Install the rear brake, and secure with four bolts.

Torque: 45-67 N ??? m

5. Special key OK130 430 019 tighten the coupling nut of a brake tube.

Torque: 13-18 N ??? m

6. Install the hub bearing.
7. Install the brake drum (or disc) to the rear brake and fix two bolts.

Torque: 9,8-15 N ??? m

8. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer in a nut fillet into a nave groove.

Torque: 210-279 N ??? m
9. Install the wheel.

10. Tighten the wheel nuts.

Torque: 88-118 N ??? m

12. Lower the car.
13. Check the angles of the rear wheels.
