Mount Replacement power unit



To replace the back support of the power unit, you will need a socket wrench "17".
1. Remove the support bracket of the receiver (see. "Replacing gaskets intake manifold of the engine").
2. Poddomkratte motor or post it.

3. Remove the two screws on the lower back support to the gearbox.
4. Remove the mounting bolt to the support bracket on the body.

5. Remove the bolt of the top fastening of a support to the gearbox.

7. ... lift up support, expand its ...
8. ... Get lower edge of the support for the drive and remove the support from the car.
9. Install the rear suspension support of the power unit in the reverse order of removal.

To replace the front support of the power unit, you will need: two keys "17" socket wrench "14".

2. Remove the nut and remove the bolt to the support bracket on gearbox.
3. Remove the two nuts securing the support to the protective timber.

4. Remove the support from the bracket on the gearbox ...
5. ... and remove it from the vehicle.

6. Install the front support of the power unit in the reverse order, with the arrow on the support to be back.

To replace the left support of the power unit, you will need: a key "17" socket wrench "17".
1. Remove the air filter (see. "Removing and installing the air filter").

7. Replace the left support of the power unit in the reverse order of removal.

To replace the right support of the power unit, you will need: a key "17" socket wrench "17".

1. Remove the bolt of the right support to the bracket on the engine.

NOTE
For the convenience of work on the replacement of the right support of the power unit, remove the power steering reservoir, without disconnecting from it hoses.

2. Remove the two nuts securing the right support of the power unit to the bracket on the engine ...
3. ... and remove the support.
4. Install the right support of the power unit in the reverse order of removal.
