Replacing the support rollers and tensioning the timing belt



If you hear noise from the timing belt, it is likely that faulty bearing tensioning or support roller. Remove the clip and check the performance of his bearing. If you felt when turning the bearing seizure, end play or traces of grease leaking from the bearing, replace the rollers.
You will need a key "14".
1. To replace the tensioner as ka remove the top cover and average the timing belt and tensioner pulley pressure spring (see. "Replacing the belt drive of the mechanism").

2. Remove the bolt tension roller ...
3. ... and remove the tension roller with his arm.
4. Set the tension roller in reverse order of removal.
