Installing the mounting bolt crankshaft pulley

Install the special tool on the camshaft (see. Fig. 2.86).

Install the retaining bolt and tighten it M6x1,0 hand (Fig. 2.113).
Turn the crankshaft clockwise to the TDC Piston ?��1.

Hold the crankshaft pulley special tool (see. Fig. 2.104).
Tighten the mounting bolt crankshaft pulley in two steps:
Tighten the bolt to 96-104 Nm;
Tighten bolts of 87-93 ?�
Remove the bolt M6x1,0.
Remove special tool with camshaft.
Remove the special tool from the hole bottom cap cylinder.
Rotate the crankshaft clockwise two turns until the TDC Piston ?��1. If TDC can not be achieved, loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt and repeat the action again.
Replace the bottom of the cylinder plug and tighten it a torque of 18-22 Nm.
