Radiator Heater



Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the center console and dashboard.
4. Disconnect hoses from a heater block (indicated by arrows).
5. Unscrew bolts and braid nuts evaporator unit and blower motor. Place a block away, so it does not interfere with the removal of the heater.
6. Loosen the nut (A) and twist the top two nuts (B).
7. Twist the bottom nut (arrow) of the block heater.
8. Remove the heater.
9. Remove the four bolts (indicated by arrows) of the cover of a radiator heater.
10. Remove the radiator from the block heater.
11. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
