Shock absorbers



Shock absorbers can be replaced individually, not paying attention to their products, and on the conditional color and markings, such as, "V1 orange" (orange).

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark a paint position of the front wheels with respect to the hub. Through this balanced wheel returns after removal in the same position. Release the wheel bolts to lift the vehicle. Raise the front and remove the front wheels.
2. Remove the bottom protection of a motor compartment.
3. Shock absorbers are simultaneously focusing backstop. Place a garage jack under the lower arm and, using a wooden pad, lift it slightly to remove the damper after the suspension has not fallen down.
4. Remove the front cover of the engine compartment. Because access to fix the upper shock absorber on the right side of the vehicle must be removed from the overvoltage protection relay.
5. diesel drive gas is removed from the left, while a diesel engine with an automatic transmission - the vacuum control valve.
6. Unscrew the lock nut and the shock absorber nut while holding the damper rod with a wrench two flats, so it does not rotate. Remove the washer and the rubber mount.
7. Remove the nut (11u) on the suspension arm (31), remove the bolt (11k) with the washer and remove the shock absorber.

A warning

Garage jack can be removed. Suspension has focused on the upper arm, which lies on the spar and prevents further retraction.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the stop buffer (11b), the protective sleeve (11f) and dimensional sleeve (11u), if necessary - put. On the new shock absorbers, these details are already put on. Put a damper (11d).
2. Place the shock absorber with a bolt on the lower arm, wearing a washer and screw the bolt on the new self-locking nut. Tighten to a torque of 55 Nm
3. Use a garage jack put suspension arm to the position you need to install the upper strut.
4. Place the front of the engine compartment on shock-absorber rod rubber mount (11c) and the washer (11b).
5. Screw the piston rod nut to a torque of 15 Nm while holding the stem of the shock absorber wrench flats. Tighten the lock nut torque 30 Nm, while holding the nut from turning.
6. Remove the garage jack.
7. Put the protection of the engine compartment.
8. Put on the wheel, following the previously applied paint marking their former position. Screw the wheel. Lower the car on wheels and crosswise tighten the wheel bolts to a torque of 110 Nm
9. Insert relay surge.
10. diesel models deliver drive gas, respectively, the control valve of low pressure.
