The ventilation system of the fuel tank

To the fuel tank consumed in the required amounts, it must enter the air. Otherwise, it would create a vacuum tank, and the fuel supply would be stopped. Furthermore, the tank must be cooled constantly, the fuel is able to expand when heated. When filling the fuel tank should leave enough air to pour fuel is ejected from the filler. Vent tube connected to the expansion tank, which binds to and condenses the exiting fuel vapor. When heated, it expands fuel, determined its volume falls in a broad tank.

A WARNING
Careful handling of fuel
Handling fuel requires special care. You should not lightly to service or repair the power supply system. First of all, deliberate approach to the question draining fuel from the tank. Protect yourself and others:
- Disconnect "weight" from the negative terminal of the battery and securely insulate the battery terminals;
- Do not drain the fuel tank indoors. To drain you will need an appropriate device (such as a hose with compressed pear). In no case do not drain the fuel through the fuel level sensor hole sucking or mouth through a hose - perhaps poisoned by highly additives;
- Put your hands at a distance of fire extinguisher foam in readiness;
- Do not drain the fuel tank in a viewing ditch - the fuel vapor with air can form an explosive mixture;
- Make sure the room is included electrical appliances, naked flames, heat and radio waves;
