Refitting



Nozzles are located under the intake manifold, so they are not visible. Removal and installation of injectors should be carried out in this order:
- It removes the "minus" plug from the battery;

- To remove as shown in Fig. 156 parts of the air filter;

- Disconnect the hose 2 (Fig. 157) crankcase ventilation;
- Disconnect the fuel injector and the sealing plug of the fourth cylinder;
- Remove the clamp 3;
- Spanner wrench unscrew the nut of the fuel to the nozzle and gently take it away. You can use the open-end wrench, while avoiding slipping;
- Allen key, "27 mm" to turn the nozzle body, remove the gasket and the nozzle plate. Replace these parts for reassembly;
The assembly is carried out in reverse order. Jets wrap torque 70-90 Nm nuts fuel - 10 to 20 Nm. When tightening the screws to avoid damaging them.
