Removing and installing turbocharger

Appearance and mount the turbocharger shown in Fig. 170. If it must be removed, must first dismantle the close access details, and then turn away from the compressor shown in Figure fixtures.
Installation is performed in reverse order observing the tightening torques of threaded connections. Some key points that should alert is given in the text above.
Tightening torques Nm:
- The turbocharger bypass valve 21
- The turbocharger oil line 22
- Oil pipe to cylinder block 30
- The turbocharger oil return pipe and cylinder block 9
- The turbocharger mounting bolts 11
