Removal and installation of cooler EGR, - diesel models



Details of installation of the EGR cooler models 163.113 (612 series engine)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the EGR cooler models 163.113 (engine series 612) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  3. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
  4. Remove the fixing screws (3) and remove the support bracket (4) from the pipe connecting to the path of the cooling system (2).
  5. Remove the remaining screws (3), remove the assembly cooler EGR (1) from the cylinder head and separate it from the exhaust system.
  6. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket.
  7. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the exhaust system for signs of leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the EGR cooler models 163.128 (engine series 628) are shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.

Cooler EGR (1) is removed assembly positioners (Y27 / 9 and Y27 / 10).

  1. Remove the diffuser assembly (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  2. Disconnect the wiring connectors (2).
  3. Disconnect the cooling line path (3) of the positioners (Y27 / 9 and 27/10) and the cooler (1) EGR.
  4. First, pull up (arrow A) of the rear of the cooler (1), and then post the assembly forward (arrow B) and disunite choke connectors (5 and 6), - the O-rings must be replaced without fail.
  5. If necessary, remove from the cooler assembly (1) of the positioner (Y27 / 9 and Y27 / 10) (See below.).
  6. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (See below.).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details positioner EGR shown in resistivity. illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cooler (See above.)
  3. Remove the mounting bolts (1) and remove the positioner (Y27 / 9 and Y27 / 10) from the assembly cooler EGR.
  4. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (2).
