Removing and installing valve EGR, - M112 / 113



Installation Details of the EGR valve on petrol models with engines of series 112 and 113

19 - the Inlet pipeline
89 - EGR valve
89/1 - EGR pipe
89/2 - Vacuum control unit

89/3 - Flare Nut
and - The vacuum from the intake pipe
b - Vacuum controlled depth from the transducer to the recirculation EGR valve
Y31 / 1 - EGR vacuum transducer


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the EGR valve installation on models equipped with engines of series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the air cleaner cover.
  3. Remove the air intake duct assembly from the sensor MAF.
  4. Give choke nut (89/3) at the valve EGR (89).
  5. Disconnect the EGR (89/1) from the inlet pipe (19) and the cylinder head.
  6. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the transducer EGR (Y31 / 1).
  7. Remove the valve EGR (89).
  8. Installation is in the reverse order - in order to avoid jamming of the throttle lever, track correctness pads vacuum tube running from the transducer EGR (Y31 / 1).
