CMP sensor adjustment with the help of blade-type probe


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of ignition coils diesel engine series 612 shown in the illustration, - do not forget to replace the O-ring (11/1).
  2. After sensor replacement CMP (L5 / 1) necessary to install gap camshaft: cranked shaft so that the segment of the camshaft sprocket has appeared in front of the sensor and by using the probe of the blade type to measure the gap between segment sprocket and the sensor, - the desired value of 0.5 mm , if necessary, make appropriate adjustment by adjusting the shim (11/2): 0.1 ÷ 1.0 mm.
