PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the front suspension torsion springs shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  3. With Columbus, measure the preload of the spring (16a) - When the preload must be maintained.
  4. Unscrewing the bolt (16c) to release the rod spring (16a).
  5. Loosen the bolt (16f) fixing the profile sleeve (16e), and slide back on the last post.
  6. Remove the torsion spring assembly from the vehicle.
  7. Loosen the screw (16h) and remove the end cap (16g).
  8. Release the torsion bar (16a) of the thrust lever (16d).
  9. Installation is in the reverse order - the pre-lubricate the knurled portion of the bar. Note the marking (arrow), regulating the position of the bar (16a) with respect to the thrust lever (16d). Do not forget to lubricate the bolt (16c) and fill the same grease his boot (16i). Ensure compliance with the initial preload spring.
  10. Check the level of the landing vehicle and the direction of the optical axes of the headlights, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments.
