Removing and installing door locks
Details of the installation of the assembly of the front door of the castle

- Remove the interior trim and door sealing film (see. Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Remove the outside door handle and its support bracket (see. Section Removal and installation of exterior door handles).
- Remove window guide groove (1).
- Remove the fixing screws (3).
- Disconnect the connector (5) electrical motor drive door activator (M14 / M14 or 5/6).
- Put a locking assembly (2) down and pull it out of the door frame through the service window.
- Disconnect the drive cable (4).
- Installation is in the reverse order - the damaged sealing film should be replaced.

- Remove the interior trim and door sealing film (see. Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Remove the outside door handle and its support bracket (see. Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Close the door glass.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
- Remove the fastening screws (1) and gently remove a locking assembly (2) through the service window (3) in the door frame - guide trough window should take slightly forward to pass the lock underneath.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of planting guide chute window. Damaged sealing film should be replaced.

Tailgate Details of the installation of the castle assembly tailgate

- Remove the interior door trim (see. Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Remove the rod (3) from the door handle (6).
- On models of release 8.31.99 Disconnect the wiring connector (8) tumbler microswitches (S88 / 1).
- Remove door lock (2) and drummer (7), after marking the position of the latter.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of landing the striker lock (7). If necessary, adjust the landing in the door opening Touring Car (cm. Specifications).
