Removal and installation of the V-belt



Compressor drive belt. Engine 111

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the fan or the air filter, depending on the engine.
2. Loosen the V-belt. To do this, the outer Torx wrench 10 mm and tilt tension lever with a tension roller counterclockwise.

Do not dismiss the lever of the tension wheel nut.

3. Remove the V-belt.
4. Check the belt, refer to Chapter Routine maintenance.

3 - Tensioner
4 - 10 mm outer Torx

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put the V-belt, starting with the tensioner pulley. Next, put the strap in a sequence of numbers.
2. Slowly turn the tension roller in a clockwise direction, making sure that the position of the belt on the pulleys.
3. A positional datum (B), seen from the lower side of the engine, should be in the range (A). If the label is in a different location - do not match the length of the belt or improperly installed belt tensioner.
4. Install the fan cover or the air filter, depending on the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the compressor belt.
2. Loosen and remove the V-belt as well as the compressor belt.


Setting

1 - Tensioner
2 - Crankshaft
3 - The compressor of the refrigerator air conditioner
5 - Power steering pump or dual pump
6 - Coolant pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put the V-belt according to the sequence numbers in the illustration and tighten the belt as well as the compressor.
2. Put the belt of the compressor.
