Removing and installing ignition coils



4-cylinder petrol engine

Removing ignition coils 6-cylinder petrol engine is described in Section Check and replacement of spark plugs. Checking the status of high-voltage wires.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Engine 111: Remove cover for ignition coils (1).

2. Engine 271: Remove the engine cover (1).

3. Disconnect the connector (2) of the ignition coil (3).

4. Remove the 2 bolts (4) of the ignition coil with a key Torx 8 mm.

5. Remove the ignition coil vertically. This disunite connector from the spark plug.

6. Similarly remove all ignition coils.


Setting

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Attach the ignition coil 9Nm moment.
