Removal and installation of the gas pedal



Components of installation of a pedal of gas


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor.
  2. Remove the bolts assembling the gas pedal and remove it.

Do not disassemble the gas pedal and do not remove the sensor.

  1. Fold back the mat and remove the focus accelerator pedal by turning it counterclockwise.
  2. Installation is in the reverse order. After installation make a smooth progress of the throttle pedal, and in that it returns to its original position after depression.
  3. Program the position of the gas pedal is released (see. Section Programming reference values for engine control).
