Removal, installation and adjustment of the tailgate and the components associated with it
Removal and installation of doors, racks and drummer of the castle | - Remove the tailgate trim (see. Section Removing and installing door trim panels).
- Disconnect the inside door release the wiring from the clamps and pull it out of the door.
 | - Hold the tailgate, remove the screwdriver to upper bracket rack doors and remove the base from the hinge.

 | - If necessary, remove the rack, remove the screws securing it to the body.
|
 | - Remove the hinge bolts of the tailgate to the body and remove the door.
|
 | - If necessary, remove the screws and remove the firing pin tailgate, after removing the lower bar, removing the tailgate opening.
|
- Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, adjust the position of the door.

|
Removal and installation of the lock | - When removing the trim panel of the tailgate disconnect the electrical door lock.
 | - Turn out bolts and remove assemblage of the lock from the inside of the door.
|
- Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, check and if necessary adjust the lock work.
|
|
Removal and installation of door handles and tailgate | - Remove the tailgate trim.
- On models with the system ?�Intelligent Key?� remove the receiver, as well as the holders of its wiring and connectors to the tailgate.
 | - Give nuts and remove the handle.
|
 | - If necessary, remove the screws and disassemble the handle.
|
- Installation is in the reverse order.

|
Adjustment | | | - Remove the bottom of the bar, removing opening the tailgate and loosen the screws that secure the striker tailgate.
|
 | - Moving the drummer, adjust the position of the tailgate in the opening according to the illustration. The difference Vecdi gaps B // C // D left and right, respectively, should not exceed 2 1.5 // // 2 mm.
|
 | - If the movement of the striker to achieve the correct position of the door is not possible, give nuts tailgate hinges on the body.
|
- After adjustment, tighten fixture with demanded effort.
