Removal, installation and adjustment of the top hatch assembly and its components
Removal and installation of assemblage of the top hatch  | Pre enlist the help of an assistant. |
Assemble the top hatch  | - Remove headliner (see. Section Removal and installation of other decorative panels) and disconnect the drainage hose 4.
 | - Disconnect electrical salon lamp, turn bracket bolts switch management overhead hatch and remove the e / motor drive hatch.

| Do not rotate the assembly removed from the hatch e / motor. |
- Give all fasteners (bolts and nuts), first the front and then - the rear mounting bracket assembly of the top hatch.
- Give the first front nuts assembly of the top hatch, and then - the nut side guides. Remove the top hatch to the roof.
- Installation is in the reverse order. Tighten fasteners first by hand, to be able to align the assembly in the doorway.

Removal, installation and adjustment of the position of the cover Tilt the cover of the top hatch  | - Lift the lid and remove the side trim elements of the opening.
 | - Give nuts and remove the glass cover.

- Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, adjust the cap.
- When released the nuts securing the cover lower it.
- Adjust the cap in accordance with the illustration Adjusting the cover of the top hatch: The size of a in sections AA, BB and CC, respectively, should be 0.7 ÷ 2.2, 0.3 ÷ 1.7 and 0.2 ÷ 1.6 mm.
- By selecting the thickness of shims, level the surface and the roof hatch. The tolerance is ?� 1.5 mm.
- Tighten the nuts, lower and lift the manhole cover several times and then check the clearances. If necessary, adjust the position of the cover again.
