Removing and installing hood locks and fuel filler flap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove the lock of a cover of the fuel filler flap, turn it counterclockwise. To remove the cable lock actuator disconnect it from the lever. 1 - bonnet release lever 2 - lever release filler flap Remove the grille (see. Section Removal and installation of decorative grille). Remove the bonnet catch bolts (see. The lower right fragment in the illustration Dimensions hood installation (mm)). Disconnect the cable from the lock and remove the lock. Remove the front bumper, loosen the bolts and remove an arm of the bonnet. If necessary, remove the drive cable lock as described below. Remove the upper radiator support beam and holders cable lock actuator hood in the engine compartment. Remove the lever unlocking the hood and disconnect the cable. 1 - bonnet release lever 2 - lever release filler flap Remove the seal in the engine compartment bulkhead and pull the cable out of the bonnet interior. Installation is in the reverse order. When installing an arm lock tighten the bolts, starting from the bottom.
