  3. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect air flow meter from air.
  4. Remove the top half of the air cleaner housing and remove the filter element.
  5. Give fixing nuts and remove the lower half of the air cleaner housing from the vehicle.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order. After completing the installation of all components, run the engine and check for air leaks.

Removal and installation of air duct

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the hose clamps to duct the air flow meter and the throttle body.
  2. Give screw (s) securing the silencer to the cylinder head cover.
  3. Mark and disconnect the hoses from the muffler.
  4. Remove the air duct assembly with a silencer from the vehicle.
  5. If necessary, loosen the clamp and remove the air hose from the muffler.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order. Make sure that the arrow on the duct sleeve during installation is aligned with point mark on the muffler.

Removing and installing throttle body

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air duct.
  2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the pull on the throttle.
  3. Drain the coolant, lowering the level below the level of the throttle body.
  4. Disconnect the throttle body cooling hoses.
from the throttle position sensor (TPS) and the gauge-switch of idling (the location of the throttle body and associated components shown in the accompanying illustration).
1 - plenum air path
2 - the accelerator cable
3 - the throttle body
4 - duct assembly
5 - TPS sensor switch idling
  1. Disconnect from the throttle vacuum hose.
  2. Give fixing screws and remove the throttle body gasket with the pump chamber and remove it from the vehicle.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Be sure to thoroughly remove all traces of the old gasket material from the mating surfaces of the pump chamber and the throttle body. If the throttle traces of coal deposits, remove them with a special composition for cleaning carburetors. Try to avoid ingress of cleaning fluid into the electrical component on the spindle.
  2. Before installing the throttle body, make sure the correct placement of the pad.
  3. Tightening bolts produce evenly in a diagonal manner, achieving the last stage of the required effort.
  4. Top up the coolant in the cooling system.

Removal, installation and adjustment of the throttle cable

Refitting

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the core from the cable pull on the throttle.
  2. Loosen the adjusting nut and release the cover of a cable from an arm.
  3. In the car pry the plastic sleeve cable and remove it from the top of the gas pedal arm. Release the cable core from the lever.
  4. Give bolts cable bracket.
  5. Pull the cable through the bulkhead engine compartment into the passenger compartment.
  6. Check the cable and its shell for signs of wear, the peg and other damages. If necessary, replace the cable.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. When installing the cable avoid kinking and excessively bend it to avoid the peg.
  2. Track correctness of landing plastic sleeve cable in the lever throttle pedal.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
