| 1. If the test (see. Subsection 2.3.16.2) there is a suspicion of wear SHRUS, then proceed as follows. |
| 2. Remove the wheel cap. |
| 3. Remove the wheel cap, and check the nut axis. |
| 4. If there are indications that the nut is tightened enough, then pull out the pin, lock washer and spacer. |
| 5. Check the tightening torque wrench, reinstall the removed parts and zashplintuyte new cotter pin. |
| 6. Follow these steps on the other wheel. |
| 7. Slowly moving in a circle with a fully inside-wheel, check whether there will be clicks "metal on metal" from the front of the car. |
| 8. Completely remove the steering wheel in the other direction, and listened again. |
| 9. If you heard metal clicks, the worn outer hinge axis. |
| 10. If tapped vibrations that are amplified when overclocking, worn internal hinge. |
| 11. To check the wear of the joint, remove and disassemble the half-line and check all clearances and the condition of the hinges. |
| 12. The hinge assembly changes only. |
