4. If the CV joint will not change, then apply the tag mutual orientation of the housing relative SHRUS axis. |
| 5. Remove the SHRUS so rollers should remain on a tripod joint. |
| 6. Put labels on a tripod and on the half. |
| 7. Remove the retaining ring. |
8. Remove the tripod joint. |
9. Rinse SHRUS in kerosene and dry thoroughly. |
10. Carefully inspect the joint. |
11. If you notice any signs of wear, replace the CV joint. |
12. New SHRUS chosen by the marking on the side surface of the replaced joint. |
13. Wrap the tape slots axis. |
14. Put on the axle shaft collar and cover. |
15. Remove the tape and put the tripod joint, aligning labeling (if the CV joints are not changed). |
15. Secure the hinge new lock ring. |
16. Lay in the joint housing a special lubricant (supplied with the new hinge), spread the grease around the rollers. |
17. Put on a tripod joint housing by aligning the labeling body and the half-line (if SHRUS not changed). |
18. Put cover on the housing SHRUS, put a new collar. |
| 19. Tighten the clamp, fold the end of the clamp and tighten lugs. |
20. Install the cover so that has been sustained length measured during disassembly. |

22. Secure the cover small clamp. |
