Repair and replacement of half-line of protective covers

OUTDOOR SHRUS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the axle shaft. 2. Measure the length (L) cover in the assembled state. 3. Remove the clamps cover and move to the middle of the half-line. 4. If the CV joint will not change, then apply the label of its mutual orientation relative to axis. 5. Hold the axle shaft in a vise. 6. Screw the nut on the floor and using a puller, remove CV joint, without damaging the threads. CV joint can be removed with a hammer, drove the retaining ring into the groove. 7. Remove the cover and remove the lock ring. 8. Wash SHRUS in kerosene and dry thoroughly. 9. If you notice any signs of wear, replace the CV joint assembly. 10. When assembling the half-line slots wrap tape. 11. Put on the axle shaft collar and cover. 12. Remove the tape on the floor and put a new lock ring. 13. Put SHRUS aligning labeling (if the CV joints are not changed). 14. Screw a nut, tighten axle shaft in a vise and light hammer blows SHRUS face down so that the snap ring has gone into the groove. 15. Lay the cover in a special lubricant, twist the cover to grease entered the fold. 16. Spread the inside cover any excess grease. 17. Put cover on constant velocity joints, put a new collar. 18. Fold the end of the clamp and tighten lugs. 19. Install the cover so that has been sustained length measured during disassembly. 20. Make sure the edge of the cover came into the groove axis. 21. Secure the cover small clamp. 22. Install the shaft.

If you notice any signs of wear, replace the CV joint. 12. New SHRUS chosen by the marking on the side surface of the replaced joint. 13. Wrap the tape slots axis. 14. Put on the axle shaft collar and cover. 15. Remove the tape and put the tripod joint, aligning labeling (if the CV joints are not changed). 15. Secure the hinge new lock ring. 16. Lay in the joint housing a special lubricant (supplied with the new hinge), spread the grease around the rollers. 17. Put on a tripod joint housing by aligning the labeling body and the half-line (if SHRUS not changed). 18. Put cover on the housing SHRUS, put a new collar. 19. Tighten the clamp, fold the end of the clamp and tighten lugs. 20. Install the cover so that has been sustained length measured during disassembly. 21.
