Fuel Injection System

All vehicles are equipped with injector engines neytralizaorom. Adjustable parameters are merely the idle speed (see. Subsection 2.2.2).

The fault code is indicated by a series of long (0.6 seconds) and short (0.3) control lamp flashes red and the indicator on the control unit, separated by an interval of 0.9 seconds. "Long" flashes indicate the first digit, and "short" - second. After 2.1 seconds followed by a series of outbreaks of the next fault code stored in the memory.

Diagnostics

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before making a conclusion about the fault injection system, check the cleanliness of the filter, install the ignition gaps in the candlelight and valves, compression in the cylinders, be sure to secure the connectors and in the absence of corrosion on them.
2. If no fault is detected, the switch control unit in Mode 2 self. The fault code is determined by the flashing red LED on the right side of the control unit.
3. Registered fault codes stored in the control unit to the 50-th the starter.
4. If during this period of failure is no longer present, then there is its erasure. The code can also be cleared by moving the block in mode 2, and then - in Mode 1, or by disconnecting the battery for more than 24 hours.

Setting the self-test

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the fuse box cover, which is a connector unit.
2. Turn on the ignition, thus the control unit is put on 1.
3. Connect a jumper conclusions IGN and CHK diagnostic socket. After 2 seconds, the control unit 2 is put.
4. In mode 2 only read fault codes stored in memory of the control unit.

A warning

If the codes are detected 11 and 21, before checking the ignition circuit, check the crankshaft sensor circuit.

5. If, on vehicles with catalytic converter control unit is transferred to the mode 2, during engine start-up mode is automatically switched control of the mixture composition of the exhaust gases.
6. If the LEDs light up, the mixture is poor, the extinction of both indicators point to enrich the mixture.
7. To check the exhaust gas sensor, start the engine, bring the engine speed to 2000 rev / min for 2 minutes to watch any indicator. Under normal sensor lights will flash at least 5 times in 10 seconds.
8. At the end of Exit 2, which again for 2 to connect the conclusions IGN and CHK on the drive is stopped, or turn off the ignition and disconnect the battery from weight (with the engine running).
9. For a complete check of the injection hand over the car in car-care center service.
