Fuel Level Sensor



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the rear bench seat (see. Subpart 13.23).
3. Remove the screws, two screws and remove the inspection cover.
4. Disconnect the sensor wiring connector and attach to the body with adhesive tape.
5. Depressurize the fuel system, label, disconnect and plug the fuel lines at the top of the sensor.
6. Mark the position of the sensor (if there is an arrow, it should face forward in the direction of the car).
7. Remove the cap nut easy blows of the screwdriver resting on the nut slots.
8. On the part of the vehicle to remove the sensor is necessary to unscrew the bolts.
9. Carefully lift the sensor inside the tank, disconnect the pump from the bracket by pushing the bracket, and remove the sensor assembly from the pump.
10. Remove the gasket.
11. Disconnect the hose at the bottom of the pump and separate from the sensor.
12. Wash the filter and inspect. When the filter is clogged or damaged, replace.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Replace the O-ring is securely fasten the pump prior to assembly, align the mark on the sensor and the tank.
3. Ensure the reliability and correctness of the connection of all hoses.
