| 1. The control solenoid valve is installed on the left side of the intake manifold. |
| 2. To replace the solenoid valve disconnect the negative battery terminal. Then, tighten the retaining clip and disconnect the connector connecting the valve. |
| 3. Note the installation position of all hoses on the valve. In order not to mix them at installation, mark each of the hoses and pipes during removal. |
| 4. Release the clamps (if fitted), and disconnect the hoses from the valve. |
| 5. Remove the valve from the mounting bracket and remove it from the engine compartment. |
| 6. Installation is spent upside-down removals. When installing check the hose connection. |
| 7. If the valve is not working as expected, then it is defective and must be replaced. |
