Adjustable hood



1. Correct adjustment of the hood is necessary in order to eliminate the ingress of odors from the running engine into the cabin through the air intake grille. Adjusting the hood in a horizontal plane is provided by moving the hinge bolt in the slots. In the vertical direction the hood is adjusted by turning the rubber buffers in the radiator bracket and bolts "dovetail", which is part of the bonnet.
2. To adjust the loop to outline the position of which will vary.
3. Remove the bolts and gently slide the hood in position. Tighten the bolts, lower the hood and check its position.
4. Release the lock nut bolt "dovetail" on the lock and check the adjustment of the front of the hood. After the adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
5. If necessary, adjust the position of the retainer relative to the bonnet. To do this, Outline contours screw lock, release the screws and move the slider to the desired position. Tighten the screws.
6. Adjust the hood by rotating rubber buffers so that the surface of the bonnet is flush with wings.
7. Lubricate the lock and hinges.
