Fuel highway - repair

1. The pipe installed only seamless steel tubes (copper and aluminum because of poor vibration resistance is prohibited to install). When performing any work on the fuel system observe fire safety rules. Before starting work, perform decompression of the fuel system.
2. If the damage is only part of the metal tube, it can be cut out and replaced with a rubber hose 1 SB mm longer removable portion. Both ends of the hose clamps secure.
3. If the length of the removable portion of the metal tube is greater than 150 mm, then the connection should use a metal pipe to put on the ends of the hose segments. The total length of hoses should not exceed 250 mm.
4. After repair, start the engine and check for leaks.
