Nozzle Replacement



A system with pilot injection
1. Complete decompression and remove the valve body.
2. Remove the housing gasket and seal wire (photo).
3. Remove the nozzle (photos)

4. Open the valve and gently knock the nozzle blows to the mandrel with an inner diameter of at least 5.4 mm (photo). Do not damage the nozzle.
5. If you change only the O-rings, then replace the small and large rubber rings, lubricate them with silicone grease. Install nozzle (see photo).
6. If changing a faulty nozzle, then remove the plug from the output wires faulty injector, what do the following:
a) remove the lock output (photo)
b) a thin screwdriver to pull the latch and immediately push the conclusion not to pull the wire (photo)
c) Cut the wire right at the hub (photo), pre-defined by the scheme should be carried out (see photo).
7. Pass the new cable through the seal and sleeve (seal replacement).
8. Put the sleeve, attach the wire to the terminal and crimp. Insert the output connector to the wiring diagram guided (photo).
9. Insert the output in the slot.

12. Push the nozzle, make the effort by hand, turn the body and ensure the correct installation of the injectors.
13. Lubricate the seal wire (photo).
14. Replace the cover nozzles, tighten the screws, lubricated with fixing structure and tighten crosswise.
15. Apply silicone gasket body composition (air filter, set only after setting silicone sealant).
16. Install the valve body in the reverse order.
17. Make sure there are no leaks, check the quality of the mixture in the service station (make sure there are no air leaks through the upper nozzle seal).

18. Follow the decompression disconnect batarek; weight and drain the liquid.
19. Disconnect the spark, remove the cover and take pa predelitelya wires aside.

20. Designate and disconnect all wiring connectors, cables and hoses in front of the intake manifold (photo).
21. On engines V6 unscrew the bolts and remove the intake manifold.
22. Disconnect from the distributor to the fuel injector tube.
23. Disconnect the injectors (photo).
24. Remove the distributor with atomizers.
25. Remove the bolts and remove the nozzle (see photo).
26. Before installing a new ring moisten with gasoline and set new injectors press them to the distributor.
27. Install the valve assembly with nozzles, screw and tighten bolts.
28. Attach the connectors to the injectors.
29. Clean and install the collector and replace the gasket.
30. Tighten the bolts to the intake manifold pipe. Tighten to the specified torque.
31. Attach the recirculation tube, hoses, wires and cables, without breaking their previous setting. Attach the wire clamps.
32. Install pressure regulator. Other operations are performed in reverse order.
