The fuel injection system - Adjustment pre-injection (TBI)



Check and adjust high idle speed
1. Warm up the engine.
2. Make sure that the installation mark is opposite the cam roller thrust cam. Otherwise, adjust by turning the screw S1. If you can not handle, replace the fuser (photo).
3. Check the gap G between the roller and the cam rod (photo). If necessary, adjust the gap by turning the screw S2.
Proof of idling air conditioner (FICD System) check and adjustment
4. Warm up the engine.
5. Check idle speed.

6. Turn on the air conditioner and check the idle speed.
7. If necessary, adjust the rotation of the screw (see photo).
8. In the event of failure of the valve equalizer idling, check the following (photo).
a). Disconnect 8shtyrkovy connector.

b). Turn on the ignition, turn the air conditioner in the operation and check the voltage across the terminals of the connector (photo)
at). Check the integrity of the valve coil.
Pnevmoamortizator check and adjustment
10. Warm up the engine. Check the idle speed, adjust if necessary.
11. Turn the valve by hand so that the rod touched pnevmoamortizatora stroke adjusting screw and check the engine speed (photo).
12. If necessary, adjust the rotation speed of the adjusting screw.

Check valve increased idle speed
13. Disconnect 8shtyrkovy connector (photo) and check valve coil circuit.
14. If a break is detected, replace the valve. The new valve & tighten the set moment, replacing the gasket
The direct injection
The system increased idle speed check and adjustment (engine K24J)
15. Warm up the engine.
16. Stop the engine and remove the air filter.
17. Make sure that the adjusting label (Q) is located opposite the roller {photo).
18. Adjust the cam by turning the screw until the upper edge of the cam is not in alignment with the center of the roll (see photo).
19. Check the gap G between the roller and cam (photo). If necessary, adjust the gap by turning the screw B.
