The mechanism of the power steering

1 - outside the ball joint;
2 - right tie rod end;
3 - lock nut;
4 - mud cover;
5 - a collar;
6 - Right Tie Rod (regulirumaya);

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the steering with rods (see. Subsection 8.3), thus disconnecting the supply 16 (see. Fig. The mechanism of the power steering) and outlet 17 hydraulic hoses and plug the holes.
2. Clean dirt from the steering mechanism and tie rods.
6. Measure the length of the external thread of the ball joint 15, protruding from the nut 1, and write it (see. Fig. The steering mechanism).
7. Remove the outer nut 1 ball joint 15.
4. Clamp jaws in a vice with soft metal rack steering.
8. Press out the ball joint outer tie rod 15.
9. Remove the clamp 5 Dirt cover 6.
10. Pull mud cover 6 with the flange 24 of gear and move it.
