Details generator from Bosch

1 - a cover from outside contact rings;
2 - rectifier unit;
3 - a stator;
4 - rear bearing;
5 - the rotor;

Dismantling


A warning

On cars can be installed generators from Bosch or Motorola.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Secure the pulley and nut 6 (see. Fig. Details generator company Bosch).
2. Remove the spring washer 7 and washer 8.
3. Remove the pulley 9 to the rotor shaft.
4. Remove the washer 10.
5. Remove the fan 11.
6. Remove the key 17 with the rotor shaft.
7. Release the controller 18 voltage brush holder.
8. To mark the relative position of the front cover and the body of the generator.
9. Remove the screws 12.
10. Remove the front cover 14.
11. Unscrew the cover bolts 16.
12. Remove the cover 16 of the bearing.
13. Remove the bearing 15.
14. Remove the seal.
15. Remove the rotor 5 from the cover.
16. Remove the screws of the rectifier unit.
17. Remove the rectifier unit 2.

Generator of Motorola treated similarly (see. Fig. Details generator from Motorola).

Assembly

The assembly of the generator is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.
