Fuel injectors
The injection pressure is adjustable parameter. During operation of the engine injection pressure often falls, so the injector must be checked periodically and, if necessary, adjusted. Check the functioning of the fuel injector in the following order: Make sure the engine is serviceable also compression level is identical in all cylinders; Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature; loosen the nut fitting on the fuel injector being audited, with the mark, whether the engine speed is changed. Perform the same check on accelerated idling; while there will be a serviceable atomizer obvious reduction of turns of the engine, accompanied by his uneven work. If the checked atomizer is faulty, change of turns of the engine will be insignificant and disappear if present earlier, extraneous knock.
Removal of the fuel injector In the following order: Disconnect the negative battery cable;

thoroughly clean the fuel injectors from contamination and remove the fuel return pipe to the nozzle; unscrew from the fuel injector fuel supply pipes; Remove the fuel injector and replace the dispenser cap;

remove the washers 6 (see. Fig. 5.81) thermal insulation and wipe them.
Install the fuel injector In the following order:

install new washers 6 (Fig. 5.85.) thermal insulation of the convex side of the cylinder head; screw the fuel nozzle into the hole in the cylinder head and tighten its demanded moment; Screw the injector fuel line; Connect the fuel return pipe to the fuel injector; Connect the ground cable to the battery and check the operation of the engine.
