Check the ignition system TC1-H

Ignition coil
Check the ignition coil is performed in the following order:

Check the resistance of the secondary winding of the ignition coil
Fig. 6.17. Check the resistance of the secondary winding of the ignition coil 1 - the ignition coil; 2 - terminal plug 1 (-); 3 - Terminal 4 (HT); 4 - terminal 15 ()

- Disconnect the electrical wires and remove the cover from the ignition coil (see. Fig. 6.17);
- Connect the tester between the terminals 1 (-) and 15 (+) and check the resistance of the primary winding of the ignition coil;
- Connect the tester between the terminals 4 (HT) and 15 (+) and check the resistance of the secondary winding of the ignition coil.

Control block
Check control unit TC1-H in the following order:
- Remove the waterproof protective cover from the control unit;
- Tighten the locking tabs and disconnect the electrical connector from the control unit;
- Connect the tester to the terminals 2 and 4 on the connector of the control unit;
- Switch on the ignition, and the voltmeter should show the battery voltage. Otherwise, check the electric wires;
- Turn the ignition off, disconnect the tester and reconnect the connector;

The ignition distributor of H-TC1
Fig. 6.12. The ignition distributor of TC1-H: 1 - distributor rotor; 2 - dust cap; 3 - a lock ring; 4 - pin; 5 - steel slotted screen; 6 - spring washer; 7 - washer; 8 - spring bracket; 9 - electric socket; 10 - the screw; 11 - socket electrical connector; 12 - Hall sensor; 13 - washer; 14 - base plate; 15 - the distributor case; 16 - a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition; 17 - a bolt; 18 - the holder; 19 - a sealing ring

- Tighten the locking tabs and disconnect the electrical connector 9 (see. Fig. 6.12) from the ignition distributor;
- Connect the tester to the terminals 1 (-) and 15 (+) on the ignition coil (see. Fig. 6.17);
- Switch on the ignition, with the first point, the voltage will be 2, and 1-2 to be reduced to zero. Otherwise, replace the control unit;
- Connect the central contact of the distributor to "weight", while in the first moment of tension will be 2 V. Otherwise, check the central wire or replace the control unit;
switch off the ignition;
Connect the tester between the outer wire contacts the distributor;
switch on the ignition, the tester should show 5;
disconnect the tester and connect the electrical connector from the distributor.

Hall Sensor
Check the Hall sensor in the following order:
- Disconnect high-voltage wires from the distributor cap and connect it with a mass;
- Remove the waterproof protective cover from the control unit;

Check the Hall sensor
Fig. 6.22. Check the Hall sensor

- Connect the tester to the terminals 6 and 3 on the connector of the control unit, leaving the connected connector block (Fig. 6.22);
- Switch on the ignition;
- A wrench for a pulley bolt, slowly rotate the crankshaft clockwise by controlling the tester readings. The voltage should be changed in steps between zero and 2 B. Otherwise, replace the Hall sensor.
