In Fig. 16.33 show details of front door lock, latch and door handle. For removal and installation of these components in most cases you will need to remove a decorative panel with water isolating film. On some cars in the lock and locking mechanism includes micro and wiring, which are both part of a system of automatic shoulder belts. On vehicles equipped with central locking, the handle mounted micro-switch, the replacement is not available. When disassembling mechanism, be sure to disconnect the wiring connectors.
Removing the door lock Removal in the following order: - Fully raise the door glass; - Remove the interior trim and then carefully remove the lock rod 5;

- Insert the rod with a diameter of 3 mm through the corresponding inspection hole at the base of the synchronizer and move the lever 17 locks in a blocking position. On cars set one of two types of locks that can be identified, turning to Fig. 16.34; - Unscrew the two screws and remove the synchronizer with the door. After removing the lock, remove the connector 13 (see. Fig. 16.33), central lock. Installation spend to sequences, return to removal. After installing the lock make sure that the free stroke between the lever door handle and the door lock knob is 0.1 to 1.0 mm. Turn the knob until the desired freewheel.
Removing the outer door handle

The outer door handle is attached screw 1 (Fig. 16.35), which is accessible from the rear side of the door. The handle is removed after loosening the screw, and moves in the direction of the arrow, and then turned in the direction of a second arrow and removed from the shaft. Removing the lock cylinder

In Fig. 16.36 show details of the castle, which is mounted the lock cylinder. The lock cylinder 6 is rotated in both directions by an angle of 70 ?�. Spring 4, rests on the protrusions on the body, the lock cylinder returns to the center position. Remove and install the lock is necessary, along with the key inserted.
Installation of the lock cylinder Install in the following order: - Lubricate the lock cylinder grease G 000 400 or equivalent; - Lubricate the spring 7 and the small bead 8 and insert them into the mounting hole; - Turn the key in the lock up to the stop; - Tighten the lock cylinder another 90 ?� (1/4 turn);

- Wear on the roller rotor so that opened groove for snap ring 2; - Install the snap ring.

To remove the front door lock with the latch, lock the traction rod 3 mm in diameter (Fig. 16.38) and the inner door handle move the locking mechanism into position unlocking the door, then unscrew bolts 1.
NOTE When removing the lock latch glass should be completely closed (raised). |
