Refitting
Removal in the following order: - Disconnect "minus" wire from the battery terminals; - Remove the steering wheel.
Early models

Removing the two screws, remove the trim of the instrument cluster (Fig. 16.62); - Unscrew the screws and remove the instrument cluster.
Later models Remove the three ventilation grille on the driver side and in the center; - Remove the rotary light switch; - Remove the trim behind the left side of the steering wheel; - Remove the four screws - one behind each ventilation grills and one behind the trim - trim and remove the instrument cluster (Fig. 16.62, a);

Rotate the screws, carefully remove the speedometer cable, connectors, wiring, if necessary, disconnect the vacuum hose from the multi-function display and remove the instrument cluster (Fig. 16.63);

- Remove the devices on cars of earlier models, as shown in Fig. 16.64. To remove the fuel gauge pointer 1 and 3 tachometer remove pins 4. Remove the pointer by disconnecting it from the connector housing and the printed circuit board. to remove the speedometer 2 Remove the screw securing 5;

- Remove the devices in cars later models, as shown in Fig. 16.65. To remove a pointer 1 fuel level and coolant temperature or tachometer 3, you need to carefully remove them from the connector housing and the printed circuit board. To remove the mechanical speedometer Remove the screws 4 and carefully remove the speedometer 2 from the case. To remove the electronic speedometer with odometer must be careful to get it out of the housing and remove the pin. Devices can be removed without removing the body of the instrument cluster.

Speedometer cable connection is performed in accordance with Fig. 16.66. The cable is introduced into the rear side of the speedometer. Fixing the speedometer cable is provided by a spring mounted in a cable cover. Install dash spend to sequences, return to removal.
