Rear axle



Removing the beams in the following order:
- Lock the front wheels hang out and fix on support struts rear of the vehicle. Remove the rear wheels;
- Disconnect the cables of a manual brake on the rear brake and release the cable from the clamps on the beam;
- Disconnect the brake pipes from the rear brake and the mounting points on the beam;
- Establish a jack on both sides of the beam to support its weight;

- Under the car, in the opening arm rear axle nut to set the key (see. Fig. 10.27), clamping bolt of the bottom fastening of a rack, remove the bolt and remove it from the arm;
- Disconnect from the rear rack beams;
- Said the position remove regulator spring brake pressure to the suspension;
- Make sure that all connected with the rear beam elements are disconnected, and the rear beam is securely supported by jacks;
- Loosen the nut hinge pins on each side of the beam, remove the bolts and lower the front part of the beam;
- Lower the jacks and remove the rear beam from under the car;
- If the rubber bushing mounting rear beam worn, they must be replaced;

- Using a suitable puller, remove the outer and then the inner sleeve (Fig. 10.32 and 10.33);

- Lower the new rubber bushing in the soapy water and use a puller, install the sleeve into the rear beam (Fig. 10.34);
- If replacement of the rear beam mounting bracket, set the bracket at an angle to the beam (13 ?� 30 '?� 1 ?�).
Installation spend to sequences, return to removal.
After installing the rear beam in place of the hand tighten all bolts and nuts, then finally tighten regulated torque.
Bleed the brake system and adjust the handbrake.
